40+ active dealers. Phone-based application engineering. Pump School every October in Safford. Where you’ve built a customer base, we work with you to keep it yours; we don’t pursue your customers and we route inbound leads to your county first.
Every fall we open the shop. You spec systems, troubleshoot live failures, rebuild diaphragms, and meet the engineers who answer your calls. Held the Last week of October.
Day 1: Solar fundamentals + pump theory + rebuild rotations.
Day 2:Site sizing + real customer scenarios + Sun Pumps Products

Will Sun Pumps sell direct in my territory?
We have direct customers too – Sun Pumps has been doing direct business for years and that won’t change. What we do for our dealers is route inbound leads from your county to you first, and not pursue customers you’ve sourced. Where you’ve built the relationship, we work with you to keep it yours.
What's the lead time on a typical pump?
SDS series ships in 2 business days. SCS / SCB ship in 5–7 days. Custom-build systems are 2–4 weeks.
